A sports bar is a sports bar, but a Hideaway sports bar is a culinary and cocktail gaming experience. Taking sports bar fare to the next level, the Hideaway Redmond offers gourmet cocktails, an innovative weekend brunch menu, a local’s favorite’s lunch and dinner menu offered daily (open to close), bar and restaurant seating, and nearly a dozen screens playing every sports channel on earth (including NFL Sunday Ticket, Big 10 Network, NHL and three different cable providers plus internet TV). Combine that with 22 local and domestic beer and ciders on tap, an inspired cocktail menu, the best sports viewing in Redmond, and Central Oregon’s “Best Bloody Mary” (23-ounce The Proud Mary or Game Changer Bloody Mary) and you’ve found a local hangout destination with a casual, family-friendly and food-forward approach!

When Redmond locals need a place that’s relaxing and fun to blow off steam after a long day at work–with or without the family–they head to that little place down the road, where they can just hang out on comfortable couches, eat killer grub, and watch the game on the big screens. The Hideaway, aptly named, is Redmond’s “hidden gem,” just one block off Redmond’s downtown on 8th and Evergreen. Local, convenient, with a full bar and full menu served from open until close.

Sit comfortably in one of our many leather sofas and turn your attention towards over a dozen flat screen TV’s while chomping down on some progressive dishes like our Tempura Fried Mushrooms, Pretzel Fondue, Buffalo Cauliflower, or famous half-pound burgers, hand-cut fries or creative pizza offerings. We have three cable providers with NFL Sunday Ticket, Big 10 and NHL–just about any sports programming you can imagine–plus Oregon Lottery. Bar area is 21 and over; main restaurant open to minors from open to close. Whatever you do, you are guaranteed a good time at the Hideaway Redmond.

John Wayne Burger

Our ½ pound house-ground patty, bacon, pepper jack cheese, onion rings and housemade BBQ sauce, on a pretzel bun.

Buffalo Wings

Beer braised and fried, served with house bleu cheese, carrots, and celery.

Nachos Carnitas

House braised pork, refried beans and housemade queso over a plate of warm corn chips. Topped with chipotle sauce, sour cream, four cheese blend, fresh cilantro, pickled jalapeños and salsa.

Flash fried florets tossed in housemade buffalo sauce, served with our bleu-cheese dressing

The Chuck Norris

Italian sausage, sopressata, pepperoni, and ham on an arrabbiata and four cheese base with fresh roma tomatoes and housemade fresh mozzarella

Buffalo Mac and Cheese

Five cheese, grilled chicken and our Buffalo sauce. Topped with crisp panko flakes, bleu crumbles and green onion.

We offer several vegan and vegetarian options on our lunch and dinner menu.

We have weekly specials and a full breakfast menu Saturday and Sunday that will challenge your taste buds with unique combinations inspired by fresh ingredients, available at all three of our Central Oregon Hideaway locations (in Bend and Redmond).

Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve EVER had. Great pizza in general. Good prices for what you get. Very handicapped friendly. Clean bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sat outside in the late afternoon shade in the front of the building. No traffic noise at all. Thank you to the staff for bringing a dog bowl full of ice out for my pup!

Food was amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever head a better bacon cheeseburger anywhere else. Service was just as good, server always made sure I was doing alright, always checked on me and had an amazing attitude. Atmosphere was pretty good the only problem I had was one of the girls who was connected to the speakers in the restaurant was playing some weird music lmao. But other than that would highly recommend eating here!

Decided to venture out to Redmond, had a taste for some Buffalo Cauliflower, so we found a place that had it on the menu! The hideaway is a jewel indeed. We enjoyed both Buffalo Cauliflower and Buffalo Smoked Wings! They were both delicious. Strawberry Lemonade for the drink! Delicious!! Loved the sports bar feel and atmosphere. They even have cozy couch dining areas right in front of the big Flat Screens, like you’d dine at your own home! I’m glad we stopped through! Our server was excellent. We’ll be back for sure!
